Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not yet ship internationally. If you're outside the US and interested in Nonnanest, reach out to hello@nonnanest.com — we'd love to hear from you and we're working on expanding.
Shipping methods and timelines

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Timelines begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@nonnanest.com.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there's an error, contact us as soon as possible — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@nonnanest.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please include your order number and any photos of damage.
