Returns — Nonnanest

30-day return policy. If Nonnanest isn't the right fit, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No fine print, no restocking fees.

Return eligibility

You may return your Nonnanest monitor within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition with all components included: infrared HD camera, 5" parent display, flexible crib mount, wall mount bracket, power cable, and power adaptor. Products must be returned in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged through misuse, physical abuse, or unauthorized modification. If your product arrived damaged or defective, that's covered under our warranty — see below.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@nonnanest.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within one business day.

Ship it back. We'll provide a return shipping label. Pack the product securely in its original box with all components included.

Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.

Return shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we provide a prepaid return label. For defective or damaged products, we cover return shipping.

Refund details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a replacement, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or defective products

If your Nonnanest arrives damaged or you discover a defect, contact us at hello@nonnanest.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Warranty

Nonnanest comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
